Is Moses a metaphor for all of us

We celebrate Passover to remind us of the importance of freedom.  Like Moses roaming through the desert for 40 years, I often feel that our journey is not all that much different (except maybe the heat of the desert) and that we are all searching for the perfect life, the place that feels like home, the relationships that feed us, and the creative endeavors that lift our spirits. Possibly Moses' wandering is just a metaphor for our own lives.

With that in mind, it seems like it's a good reminder to enjoy the process and the journey we are on and believe that somebody up there is watching out for us.
